Elder mediation is an emerging area of dispute resolution that is fast becoming recognised for the specialist service it can provide to the elderly and their loved ones.  It creates a safe and respectful environment whereby families can discuss such things as medical issues, housing and aged care where the elder person feels supported and heard.

Community mediation is also a service provided by Jane for community organisations, Not-for-Profit businesses and local groups. These local organisations, profitable groups or businesses engage with this mediation when contentious issues or disagreements arise where an independent and objective third-party is required to help find an agreement.
